This project began with a simple question: How can we bring in the light?

The original layout was fragmented, with enclosed rooms and a long, narrow hallway restricting natural light and connection. Through spatial reconfiguration, sculpting of volumes, and strategic openings, the design reshaped how light flows—bringing warmth, movement, and a sense of continuity to the home.

With the client’s love for cooking, the kitchen was relocated to embrace morning light from the front balcony, creating space for fresh herbs. The living room, now at the heart of the home, became a hub linking all areas and fostering interaction.

Every element was designed to create a dialogue between spaces—blurring boundaries between the entryway and study, the living and dining areas, and the children’s room. The sequence from the living room to the bar counter to the kitchen transformed how daily rituals unfolded, allowing shared moments to happen naturally.

More than a layout change, this project redefined how life moves within a home—where light, space, and experience merge into something greater.
