As the evening breeze set the mood, I was transported back to my road trip along Ireland’s coast, where wind and landscape shaped our memories. This menu was a reflection of that journey, blended with the deep flavors of my childhood in 台灣-Taiwan. Ingredients sourced from 台南 Tainan, 花蓮 Hualien, and 宜蘭 Yilan transformed the table into a landscape—an edible island—a space for exploration and connection.

This is the essence of Everything Bagel Studio: where space, objects, and food intersect. Food can be a space, and space can hold the taste of food—it’s an invitation to see beyond the ordinary.
